We, here at OLTO DESIGN look down into your identity, your desires, your needs and your dreams. We ask questions, listen and analyze. We listen and analyze and by doing that we create something different, with its own identity and spirit – something inspired by you and given life by us. Something that is the perfect reflection of you.
The team is united by the name OLTO DESIGN – architect Kaloyan Tonchev and interior designer Ivaylo Tonchev. They’ve all been carefully chosen to make your home a home. And yes, we do have a flaw – making thing perfect. But at least you will know that everything in your home will be right where it should be.
When making your perfect project we go through a couple of phases:
- Phase one - discussion. While we have conversations with you, together we make the foundations of our idea, concept and plan.
- Phase two is making the project and go through the details with you.
- Phase three is realization. We work with all the required specialist to make your project from scratch till the last detail.
- Phase four is finalization and joint satisfaction of a job well done. Because working as a team is a key for success.
- And the last phase is making sure your happy of choosing us. Best price ever is the happy client.
